August Camps and activities in Kuala Lumpur for kids

August is still a month of holidays, so if you’re looking for some ideas of classes, or even some FREE events to attend, here’s a little round up of what’s on around the city! S x
Free events:


Enfiniti Academy are offering a Free dance trial this coming Tuesday for their hip-hop class.

Camps and courses:

CodeJuniors have a camp for 5-8 year olds running from the 16th to the 18th of August. Sign up now to reserve a spot for an insight into coding robotics and circuitry.

Treehouse Learning are back,  after popular demand, with their workshops for parents and children to come together at a woodwork workshop.

This is a new one for me but Chumbaka have an interesting three day programme lined up in Putrajaya. 

Something a little different happening over at My Craft Studio in Wangsa Maju with aTerrarium Workshop!
Crafty Minds are back with another camp at the end of the month for children aged 7-12
Bricks 4 Kidz at Taynton View Cheras are back with a theme of Pocket Brick Monsters!
Calling all minion fans! Art genius has something especially for you this month.

Da Vinci Menjalara has a clay workshop scheduled for the 12th of August that will be held a Minioasis Library in Kepong

Playgroup Nest KL have some cute activities on this month including events that take place at ‘Weaning Tots’ who I featured earlier this week on my site!

Tedboy Bakery have cooking classes every weekend for the kiddos. Choose between waffles, pizzas or sushi classes!

Camps have been so popular this time that EPS Sports Academy have extended their programmes.

A KL favourite is back – KidZania starting from the 16th of August
For just RM5 join the family fun at Pearl Shopping Centre. Story telling, arts n crafts, and games for everyone!

For those of you who have slightly older children , there’s a lovely creative writing workshop being held at the British Council Arts Malaysia.
