Postcards From Around Malaysia: Ipoh

After the long weekend, it’s time to add a new postcard to my album and this week, I’m whisking you off to Ipoh and the surrounding area.Located 200 km north of KL, Ipoh is one of the largest cities in the country which means there is a lot to see and it should definitely not be over-looked as a getaway!

One of our favourite activities was just outside of the city when we went caving at Gua Tempurung – original, fun, and totally doable with children!
When in Ipoh, be sure to check out:
KeK Lok Tong Cave Temple

Perak Cave Temple

Gua Tempurung

Ipoh Heritage Walk

Concubine Lane

The Street Art in Old Town

Sam Poh Tong
